Home Healthcare understands that competent home nurses and carers build up close relationships with their clients, and we want to foster these important relationships and ensure that you feel comfortable with the carer that assists you. In order to achieve this, we carefully match each carer or nurse with their clients to build trust and reassurance, working hard to ensure that the same regular carer is allocated to you whenever possible.
Our care team is trained and closely mentored to ensure that they provide you with the respect, dignity and standard of care that you deserve, and we take this responsibility very seriously.
Our in-house training provision is comprehensive and ongoing, and incorporates a combination of both on-site training and supervision alongside of weekly training and mentoring meetings for all of the team.
For new starters, our training and assessment protocols are extensive, and don’t end until we are 100% satisfied in a carer’s ability to perform their role competently and take the right approach to doing so.

Home Healthcare is an Accredited Training Provider for the care industry, and we train and support our team of nurses and carers to work towards their NVQ Diploma qualifications. In 2018 we received CACHE accreditation to become an independent training centre. We will run this alongside the care service to ensure our staff are nop-notch.
