Paula joined us in 2022 as part of our expanded teaching and education programme. We are passionate believers that a well educated, well trained team deliver the best care.
Paula leads our weekly team meeting and steers staff though all kinds of topics from physiology to communication and safeguarding. She has extensive experience in teaching and social care and is always able to make scenarios relatable.
We run a weekly team meeting and offer 121 tuition and support for any staff that need a bit of help progressing through topics.
