Iwona returned to us in 2022 after a period working in care homes to expand her knowledge. Originally from Poland, Iwona trained and worked as a hospital nurse in her home country. Since moving to the UK she has gone on to develop and expand her skills in the care sector.
She has worked with a wide range of clients and is confident with all types of patient and care needs. She supervises our new and longer term staff. For new staff this involves guiding them through our induction checklist to make sure they are aware and confident in all areas of their role. She also competency assesses all staff in key areas like moving and handling and medication.
