Our clinical background and clinically trained teams mean we are able to work with all clients and also to help manage clients where there are changing needs and their experience of care would benefit from a responsive and proactive team. We have good links with local community services and a background in the NHS means we have a well developed knowledge of care pathways across primary, secondary and tertiary care.

Our senior team brought together over 40 years of community nursing expertise. We have leadership and management experience of both community and acute clinical services as well as the housing sector at a regional level. We know the NHS really well and are familiar with working with client groups across all age ranges and care needs. We hand pick and train our team to be able to provide good quality, evidence based care to the clients we serve in a way that meets all governance and safeguarding requirements.
